Staying healthy at work is easy (allegedly)! So easy that Hannah Hamilton can get you fit and happy with five fast tips in an article for Monster. For starters, keep hydrated, as water cuts your calorie intake and has the odd little bonus of allowing you to take more frequent bathroom breaks. You should take a short break in general every now and then, so you can reset your brain and stretch your limbs. Hamilton recommends throwing in some meditation too, for the sake of mental health.
